NNA Graphic File Authorization Form

If you are interested in submitting an image for our consideration, please fill out the Graphic Authorization form below. If you wish to submit multiple images, you will need to complete this form for each one. Your image should be saved as a jpeg file, at least 6 .5" wide at 300 dpi. The maximum file size is 7 MB.
